Thanks for encouragement. Some of my stories are amazing even to my ears. How I've made it this far without really messing up is amazing. I am late 40's I don't always have alot of hope any more but am trying. Peace to you.

Hi Pat, Yes, I agree! Not sure why men can't just be honest...I thought it was very rude and cowardly to just stop communicating without any explanation. I doubt if I will hear from him again and not sure I'd want to be friends with someone who treats people like this anyway. Good luck. Karen

The guy is 55. We did eventually have a very brief conversation and he was extremely cold. Guess he'd already shut down but it was rather disconcerting to think we had had a fairly intense relationship, albeit short, and that he could be so mean by not even having the decency to be upfront with me.
