Love being a decision seems pretty accurate to me.

I can decide to find somoene attractive or not. I can decide if I can live with their annoying laugh or not. I can decide if the financial investment is worth it or not. I can decide if.... (get the point)

Love is in the heart. Love is blind. Decisions are made by the mind and can be 'clouded' by other things that are not part of love. Love is not about money, 'looks', or how someone laughs. You can't decide to love someone or not. If it is meant to happen, it will happen.

Love is the connect between two hearts. That connection is timeless and unbreakable.

Not true. I have loved in spite of their flaws. I chose to decide to not let undesireable qualities get in the way for the time the relationship lasted. However, ultimately, there was mutual agreement that each other's undesireable qualities were not worth putting up with for potentially 50-some years.
